I provide high-quality photos that invite viewers to visit. I publish them to the MLS, a property website, social media posts, 3rd party websites (like Zillow), and a YouTube video.
HIGH QUALITY PRINTED MATERIALS
I leverage the high-quality photos into professional flyers that truly represent your home at it’s best.
Because every neighborhood has its own requirements, I provide the option of having a lighted yard sign to set your home apart and include a property rider with a code that will take viewers to your property website and YouTube video.
HOME CLEANING AT MOVE OUT
Prior to Walkthrough, during Closing or at least after you move out, I arrange for a crew to clean your home, relieving you of this chore.
